2 HYDRO-TUFF (HFA) Hydro-Tuff HFA is a hot fluid applied rubberized asphalt membrane used in roofing and waterproofing applications. Hydro-Tuff is formulated to be a fluid material which forms a seamless and monolithic consistency that eliminates the need of mixing a plural component product. Common Substrates Include: Concrete Plywood Fully adhered cementitious cover board over tapered substrate fills such as rigid XPS/EPS insulations Can be installed over cellular concrete fills when using a fully adhered cement cover board and Hydro-Tuff is the correct waterproofing membrane for all of the following applications: Plaza Decks Planters Roof decks Foundation walls Vegetated roof applications Parking decks Split slab applications Roof decks in an inverted roof membrane assembly (IRMA) Standard installation thickness is 215 mils fully reinforced for above grade waterproofing and roofing applications. Hydro-Tuff HFA can also be installed as an unreinforced system. Hydro-Gard offers a complete system of waterproofing products which include thermal & moisture protection, drainage products, decorative pavers, wood decking, green roof components, and other accessories. Hydro-Tuff is conveniently packaged in 30lb patties for ease of use and is palletized with 75 boxes per pallet

3 HP-9800 Liquid Flashing Liquid flashing is used as a detail membrane for difficult shape conditions. This flexible methyl methacrylate resin provides superior adhesion to the Hydro-Tuff (HFA) wateproofing system. Neoprene Flashing Installation Used for flashings, penetrations, roof drains, deck to wall transitions, and other detail conditions where a heavy reinforcement sheet is needed. Hydro-Tuff HFA MEMBRANE APPLICATION Hot rubberized membrane is fully reinforced. Hydro-Tuff PB-25 is an SBS modified fiberglass base sheet embedded into the membrane while it s warm and sticky. It is the protection material for Hydro-Tuff when the direct over burden is insulation or Gard-Drain. Hydro-Tuff PB-40 is an SBS modified fiberglass base sheet embedded into the Hydro-Tuff HFA membrane and is to be used as the protection material when there is a medium overburden material and no Gard-Drain is used. Hydro-Tuff PB-50 is an SBS modified fiberglass base sheet embedded into the Hydro-Tuff HFA membrane to be used as protection material when there is a heavier overburden material being used, such as concrete. Hydro-Tuff CS-100 is an SBS modified fiberglass granulated cap sheet which is embedded into the Hydro-Tuff HFA membrane. Hydro-Tuff CS-100 is UV resistant and is used with the heaviest of overburden materials. Neoprene is used for reinforcing and in areas that may be exposed to ultra violet rays. It is an accessory product to be used with Hydro-Tuff Hot Fluid applied waterfproofing system. HG Polyester Fabric Hydro-Gard s Polyester Fabric is a 100% polyester, spunbond (PET) fabric. It is used to reinforce the Hydro-Tuff HFA Membrane as well as being used for detail work such as crack reinforcement and construction joints. Drainage Gard-Drain composite drainage products with multiple choices in Dimple Core flow rates and filter fabric choices for a multitude of applications.
