2 Nuplex Waterproofing Solutions General Waterproofing Products Aquaguard 101 Two pack water base epoxy for general waterproofing of concrete substrates. Typical application to interior floors and walls to prevent rising damp or moisture entering the building. Ultratuff 001FC Deck or Wet Area Membrane (bathrooms, kitchens and laundry) reinforced with chopped strand matt. Soprema Paving Supports Soprema paving supports provide a floating paved solution and the ability to offset the step down requirement between internal floor levels and exterior deck surfaces. Nuplex NPX Drainage/Protection Sheet A dimpled polypropylene sheet with an adhered filter fabric for vertical or horizontal protection and drainage of waterproofing membranes such as Nuplex Bituthene or Soprema membranes.

Soprasun 4AR (APP modified bitumen) Two layer torch-on membrane system, for typical flat roof membrane application. Soprasun 4AR has a proven performance under NZ conditions for over 20 years. Sopralene 180AR (SBS modified bitumen) Premium SBS modified torch on membrane system. Recommended over Plywood or sheet substrates for its superior flexibility and memory to accommodate substrate movement. Graphite Core (Insulated Membrane Roof System) Graphite Core insulated membrane roof system consists of a double layer membrane applied over Graphite Core XPS insulation for flat/low pitch roofs to achieve desired R-rating. 4 Below Grade/Tanking Systems Grace Preprufe and Bituthene membrane systems provide a fully bonded solution for waterproofing below grade structures. Preprufe 160 Preprufe 160 is a DPM consisting of a heavy duty reinforced polyethylene backing with an aggressive pressure sensitive adhesive face which forms a unique bond to concrete poured against it. Typically used under foundation slabs, around footings and cast in-situ walls. Fully bonded to concrete floor slab or wall. Provides a barrier to water, moisture and gas physically isolates the structure from the surrounding ground. Zero permeance to moisture. Not reliant on confining pressures or hydrations. Unaffected by freeze/thaw, wet/dry cycling. Tough and puncture resistance 445N. BRANZ appraised. Bituthene 3000 A self-adhesive modified bitumen sheet membrane consisting of a cross laminated, reinforced polyethylene backing. Applied to precast or concrete block retaining walls. Highly flexible with the ability to accommodate settlement and shrinkage movement. Superior bond between substrate and membrane. Water cannot migrate along bond line. Bond improves with time (pressure sensitive). Inner bitumen layer self heals around any tears or penetrations. Consistent thickness at 1.5mm vs. liquid waterproofing membrane which is variable in thickness. Chemically resistant against aggressive soils and ground water. Compatible with Preprufe 160 and has full range of complimentary products for detailing. BRANZ appraised.

5 Sopralene Jardin (Root Inhibitor Membrane) Nuplex Sopralene Jardin is a torch applied membrane system designed for use under roof gardens and planters. Nuplex s Jardin product is versatile enough to be installed on all types of buildings from offices, hotels, hospitals, sports and leisure centres as well as industrial and commercial buildings. Specially developed for use under hot applied asphalt wearing course. Conideck 2269 Conideck 2269 is a liquid applied, heavy duty, flexible polyurethane car park/deck coating system. Suitable for foot or vehicular traffic. Available in various nonslip finishes.
