4 DEADLINES April 30-th, 2015 Sending title and abstract April 30-th, 2015 Paying the participation fee, if the proposed presentation is accepted; paying the field trip fee, if applicable July 1-st, 2015 Sending the full paper, if the authors wish to publish in the conference volume OTHER DETAILS The title and the abstract of the presentation will be sent by to the symposium secretariat as follows: Presentation title: (20 words as maximum) in Romanian and English Authors: Degree, First Name, Last Name, Institution, address Abstract: (150 words as minimum, 300 words as maximum) in Romanian and English Please mention the symposium name in the subject of your . In you will also specify if you wish oral presentation or poster. The participation fee is 100 lei. This fee refers to only one presentation. The participation fee includes for each presentations the following: one folder, coffee breaks (May 8-th, 2015), lunch for one person (May 8-th, 2015) and dinner for one person (May 8-th, 2015). The fee is paid to the following association - Asociația pentru Dezvoltare Socială, Economică, Culturală și de Mediu, until April 30-th: The fee destination is Simpozionul Calitatea Mediului și Utilizarea Terenurilor, Suceava. The reason is: Taxa de participare. The digital copy of the document given to you by the bank proving the fee payment will be sent by to the symposium secretariat. The co-authors of a presentation which want to receive a folder and the meals during May 8-th, 2015, will pay another participation fee until April 30-th, The fee is paid to the following association - Asociația pentru Dezvoltare Socială, Economică, Culturală și de Mediu, until April 30-th: The fee destination is Simpozionul Calitatea Mediului și Utilizarea Terenurilor, Suceava. The participation fee is NOT including the participants accommodation. They can choose any accommodation offer in the city, which are also available on the internet. The full papers presented at the symposium will be published in a special issue of GEOREVIEW journal ( Annals of Ștefan cel Mare University, Geography Series, indexed in international scientific databases). The authors wishing to publish the full papers in the conference volume will send an with their paper to des_pina2004@yahoo.com or dumitrum@atlas.usv.ro. More information about the article formatting you can find on the journal website. In order to attend THE FIELD TRIP, each participant must pay a supplementary fee. The field trip fee equals 100 lei/person and includes the transportation in the field trip, the accommodation during the night of May 9/10-th, a lunch and a dinner on May 9-th and a breakfast on May 10-th. The fee is paid to the following association - Asociația pentru Dezvoltare Socială, Economică, Culturală și de Mediu, until April 30-th: The fee destination is Simpozionul Calitatea Mediului și Utilizarea Terenurilor, Suceava.
