Explained that passport doesn t list an address. Reviewed proof of address options with them. They said they might return to polls later. 19

Tore ballot and placed in Discarded envelope. 15 Realized we had issued some ballots with 10:45 LAD only one set of initials this morning. Now following correct procedure. Incidents at Ballot Box Jammed ballots Any time you open ballot box 16 Ballot jammed. Danced with tabulator 11 ABW and ballot dropped. Screen indicated ballot had been counted. 17 Another ballot jammed. Tabulator dance 11:05 ABW didn t work. Opened ballot box and pulled ballot into bin. Relocked ballot box. 20
