2 CITY OF HANOVER COUNTIES OF WRIGHT AND HENNEPIN STATE OF MINNESOTA A special meeting of the City Council of the, Minnesota, was called to order by Mayor Chris Kauffman at 5:45 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, in the, Minnesota, on the 15 th day of November, The following Council Members were present: The following Council Members were absent: A motion to adopt the following resolution was made by and seconded by. RESOLUTION NO A RESOLUTION CANVASSING ELECTION RESULTS AND DECLARING WINNERS OF 2016 MUNICIPAL ELECTION NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council, of the, Minnesota, serving as the Canvassing Board, hereby declares the results of the Municipal Election held on Tuesday, November 4, 2014, as follows: Council Members, two position, four year terms, expiring December 31, 2020 Doug Hammerseng received 965 MaryAnn Hallstein received 889 Write-Ins received 47 Mayor, one position, four year term, expiring December 31, 2020 Chris Kauffman received 877 Joe Kaul received 834 Write-Ins received 6 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Doug Hammerseng and MaryAnn Hallstein are hereby declared Council Members. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Chris Kauffman is hereby declared Mayor.
