Check # 3327 for $ ($ per application) received initial approval from the NHPUC to provide electricity aggregation services in the State ofnew Hampshire on June 16, also received initial approval from the NHPUC to provide natural gas aggregations services in the state of New Hampshire on June 28, Both Electric and Natural Gas registrations were renewed in My deepest apologies for the lateness ofthese applications. I took this post over after the prior Regulatory Director; Eve Witter suddenly fell ill; this is my first time submitting registration applications to the NH PUC. I was unaware the applications must be submitted prior to the expiration date until I received an from David Goyefte on Tuesday December 13, 2016 informing me ofthis requirement. I am now fully informed that pursuant to NH Code of Admin. Rules Puc (a) & (a), registration renewal applications must be submitted at least 60 days prior to the expiration ofthe current registration. I am respectfully requesting you accept my late submission of CES s renewal applications with the assurance that all subsequent registration renewal applications will be submitted on time.
