Self-contained breathing apparatus and full protective clothing should be worn when fighting chemical fires. Selection of respiratory protection for firefighting: follow the general fire precautions indicated in the workplace. Use standard firefighting procedures and consider the hazards of other involved materials. Move containers from fire area if you can do so without risk.
