4 Outcomes and Plans of works on Introduction of energy labelling and ecodesign The EU-Ukraine Association Agreement envisages creation of a deep and comprehensive free trade area (DCFTA) Ecodesign and energy labelling are DCFTA elements (achieved): Introduction of energy labelling Directive Introduction of Regulations on energy labelling for Refrigerators; Washing machines Lamps and luminaries; Dishwashers (plans): Transposition of EU Ecodesign Directive into the national legislation Introduction of ecodesign regulations Introduction of energy labelling regulations 4
