2 ABOUT OUR COMPANY We are a Blackburn based company established in 2005 specialising in providing a flexible and reliable waste management service to businesses throughout the Lancashire area. We work with both large and small businesses as well as Local Authorities to provide cost effective solutions for all types of waste management needs. We work closely with our clients to help reduce and clear waste from the local environment, and were possible recycle that waste so that it is no longer has a huge negative impact on the natural environment. Our client list includes Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council, who we work closely with on a daily basis. 6 3. STREET AND ALLEYWAY : Services North West Group Services has the expert experience in making public and street areas clean, no matter how difficult or large the task. The number of mattresses, old Sofas, fridges as well as general fly tipping waste being dumped on side roads and alleyways has risen to epidemic levels in recent years. Not only is this waste an eyesore, this type of waste can restrict access to the rear of houses, attract rats and other rodents and be a health risk to local residents. How can North West Group Services LTD Help? We can remove all types of rubbish from Side Roads and Back Alleyways, including Heavy Items and White Goods. We can remove Rubbish Bags, Card Board, Plastic Wrapping etc. We have Litter Picking Crews who can collect all the remaining Litter in the area. We can Jet Wash and Cleanse the area to remove Oil waste and other Liquids. We can finalise the clean-up with the use of a Street Cleaning vehicle.

7 4.FLY TIPPING REMOVAL : And Site Clean Up. North West Group Services LTD specialise in the Removal of Fly Tipping Waste and Installation of Covert CCTV to help Catch and Prosecute the Culprits. Fly Tipping costs an Estimated 57.7 Million to Local Authorities in England 2016/2017. North West Group Services dispose of any and all waste responsibly and in full accordance with current guidelines and best practice procedures. We use our own Grab Lorry to deal with major Fly Tipping incidents. We can follow the Grab Lorry with a Street Cleaning vehicle if local roads are affected. We also have Litter Picking Teams to finalise the clean up. For Fly Tipping Hot Spots we can install Covert CCTV cameras to gather evidence for identification and prosecution of offenders. We use a specialist weather proof Camouflage wireless CCTV camera that can be hidden at the location of an Fly Tipping hot spot and can record events for up to 3 months, Day and Night in High Definition.

8 5.VEHICLE : Recovery, Storage and Legal Scrappage We have fully equipped Recovery Vehicles that can recover an abandoned or broken down vehicle from most roads and motorways in Lancashire. Abandoned Vehicle Recovery For Local Authorities we can remove Abandoned, Vandalised or Burt Out Vehicles from Public Roads and store them in our Secure Gated Compound until the Vehicle is collected by the owner, or we can legally scrap the vehicle in accordance with DVLA regulations. Secure Vehicle Storage We offer short, medium or long term solutions. Your vehicle will be stored in a safe, secure environment. Legal Vehicle Scrappage We operate a scrap car collection service and will collect your vehicle from anywhere in the North West. We can collect your scrap car from your home, garage, place of work or the side of the road and you can be confident that it will be scrapped legally, in line with the 2003 regulations.
