31 Resource Recovery Project Comprised of 3 facilities proposed at Tajiguas Landfill: 1. State of the art material recovery facility (sorts MSW for sale of recyclables or further processing) 2. Anaerobic digester to process organics, extract greenhouse gases and convert to energy 3. Landfill remainder (less than 50%) thus doubling life of the landfill
