3 The Design and Quotation Department The Design and Quotation Department performs services for execution of FS, design and work documentation. It employs highly-skilled process engineers, automation specialists, design engineers and electrical engineers. The Department executes projects in 3D format. The Engineering Department uses in its solutions the advanced technologies and methods of water treatment and purification. For execution of any project, a design group under the supervision of a chief project engineer is formed. All project documentation is executed in accordance with the norms and regulations in force in the Customer s country. The in-house production facilities involve a complete cycle of manufacturing of water treatment systems, chemicals and component parts for water treatment. The integrated production process of the company incorporates the following: Aside from own Design Bureau, production capacities and Centre for Research & Development, Jurby WaterTech International Company has in possession its own Maintenance Service. One of key tasks of this Service is warranty and postwarranty service maintenance of water treatment and purification installations and waste water treatment facilities manufactured by Jurby WaterTech International or other companies. Manufacture of water and wastewater treatment systems and under the GreenFort, AquaHard and JurbyFlow brand names. Automation of water treatment processes. Manufacture of chemicals under the JurbySoft and ROptima brand names. Manufacture of patented ROShell composite pressure vessels for membrane technologies. Manufacture of patented AquaShell composite pressure tanks for filtration processes. 5 Outsourcing Equipment Jurby WaterTech International Company offers outsourcing of equipment. This would allow the Customer to have in its disposition equipment known for its stable and continuous operation together with highly competent personnel from our company providing services of maintenance. Outsourcing of Equipment (monthly and daily for 24 hours): Forming a team of specialists from Maintenance Service of the Company (ensuring conditions for permanent qualification improvement of employees); Daily audit and maintenance of equipment in conformity with operating instructions and certificates of quality of assemblies and aggregates; Analysis of data on initial water quantity and quality (summary sheets, laboratory data). In the event of insufficient amount of data, selection of water samples for next analysis; Analysis of data on quality and quantity of purified water (summary sheets, laboratory data). Selection of water samples for next analysis; Stage-by-stage analysis of water purification, and data entering into the logbook; Hourly walking inspection: monitoring of operation of pumping and dosing facilities, reverse osmosis units, watching for absence/ presence of leakages, if need be, repair work execution / calling for emergency team to carry out repair works; Keeping of operating logbook; Carrying out repair works on the equipment; Performing preventive works in conformity with certificates of quality and instructions of equipment assemblies; Calibration of dosing equipment, dosing control, replenishment withf chemical reagents; Visual monitoring of operating equipment; Equipment examination regarding presence/ absence of extraneous noise; Purchasing and delivery of accessory component s necessary for running and emergency repair works on the equipment; Preparation of proposals regarding improvement in water treatment process through updating of water treatment and water purification systems. 8 9
