5 Transposition plan and timelines Full transposition will be done by amendments of Law on Waters, Regulation on limit values of pollutants in surface waters, groundwaters and sediment and timelines for reaching of the values and Rulebook on parameters of ecological and chemical status of surface waters, and quantitative and chemical status of ground waters at least by 2018 (NPAA) 5

12 GW Monitoring Natural background level of arsenic Large number of groundwater bodies in AP Vojvodina with naturally high content of arsenic In some area As> 50 µg/l Necessary data will be available after implementation of monitoring program for GW chemical status in line with WFD 12

13 Full implementation Implementation documents: Water Management Strategy, Danube River Basin Management Plan, River District Management Plans, Program of Measures and Water Pollution Protection Plan Water status monitoring program in line with WFD-priority in draft Sector Planning Document (SPD) for IPA 2016 supportimplementation of monitoring program in line with WFD not earlier then 2020 Precise deadlines for full implementation will be defined in line with DSIP for Water Framework Directive planned to be prepared in period by IPA 2013 support 13
