9 Heating System Check Evaluation Instrument HC-10 with HC-M Application Description Measuring solution for professional evaluation of energetic weak points of heating systems (surface and ventilation losses) as per EN as well as pressure (e.g. 4 Pa test) and temperature. The HC-10 evaluation instrument is an ergonomically designed evaluation instrument with a robust protective sleeve and an integrated magnet. It is operated via a touch pad with a special recess for easy scrolling. A high-resolution TFT colour display ensures easy readability of the measured values. The HC-M heating system check module consists of a straight Pitot tube SR-10, a surface probe and the EP-Check. The EP-Check is equipped with a differential pressure sensor and a temperature sensor. The measured values are recorded directly at the measuring point; there are no tubes required. The HC-10 evaluation instrument receives the measured value via wireless Bluetooth from the heating check module HC-M and performs an automatic calculation of the evaluation points. In addition, it is possible to measure temperature, differential temperature and any type of differential pressures in the range of +/ 20 mbar. A MicroSD card allows for system-independent data storage. The measured data can optionally be transferred to a netbook or PC and the evaluation point can be calculated by means of the PC evaluation software Standard. A Bluetooth interface is provided for communication between HC-10, HC-M and the netbook as well as other data acquisition systems. The printer is connected via infrared. 11 Flue Gas Analysis EUROLYZER ST Application Description Flue gas analysis computer for measuring small and medium-sized oil, gas and pellets fired heating systems according to the German BlmSchV guidelines and for CO concentration safety checks at gas fired systems. EUROLYZER ST is ideally suited for measurement at bivalent and modulating CHP systems and also provides exact calculation of the eta value for all condensing heating systems with fuel-specific dew point calculation. Perfect for measurements within the framework of a heating system check as per EN EUROLYZER ST is an ergonomically designed flue gas analyser with a robust protective sleeve and an integrated magnet. It is operated via a touch pad with a special recess for easy scrolling. The high-resolution TFT display, colour-coded menus and colour-coded representations of the measured values ensure maximum ease of use. With automatic device check during program start. Measuring is possible with two active display levels. This all-rounder can be equipped with a total of three measuring cells (O 2, CO, NO). Due to its H 2 -compensated CO measurement up to a maximum of 9,999 ppm, the analyser is also suitable for measurements of pellets fired systems. A MicroSD card allows for system-independent data storage. 13 Flue Gas Analysis MULTILYZER NG Application Description Flue gas analysis computer for measuring small and medium-sized oil, gas and pellets fired heating systems according to the German BlmSchV guidelines and for CO concentration safety checks at gas fired systems. Ideal for all measurements and adjustments at solid-fuel systems (for example, wood fired systems with temporary CO peaks up to 20,000 ppm) or bivalent, modulating combined heating and power plants. MULTILYZER NG is a portable flue gas analyser with a robust protective sleeve and an integrated magnet. A large LCD display allows you to display five or ten measured values. The min./max. display function for measured values with reset function, graphical evaluation of the measured values and the core search function ensure maximum ease of use. The measured gas values can be displayed in four and the measured pressure values in six different units. With automatic device check during program start and limit value monitoring. The compact design allows the device to be equipped with sensors with any combination of up to six measuring cells (O 2, CO, CO H2, NO, NO 2, SO 2 ).
