This advanced analyser can be used to adjust all types of industrial burners measure concentrations in raw and clean gas over a longer time period check the atmospheres of all types of process furnaces maintain stationary motors such as modular cogeneration stations check gas pressures and gas velocities in flue gas and/or fresh air ducts. O2,, NO (optional, NO2, O2 (optional or 2 are measured via the infrared mesurement module (optional(max.4 measuring modules. Temperature and differential pressure, as well as the usual calculated variables 2 etc. are also measured. The detachable control unit can also be used as a separate analyser for temperature, velocity, differential pressure, relative humidity etc. The readings can be printed on the integrated printer. A complete Peltier gas preparation unit for controlled condensate removal is also built into the analysis box. A common desire is to have a remote display at the burner controls. For your advantage, the control unit in testo 350 M/XL is detachable and can be operated at up to 50 m away from the analysis box. Gas conditioning for industrial applications is needed whether you are carrying out a spot check or long-term s lasting for several hours. Testo s integrated gas conditioning system achieves accurate s of NOx or O2 and the analyser is also protected from corrosive condensate from the flue gas. Fast, easy inexpensive maintenance is assured! The user can exchange consumables such as measuring cells on site.
