EcoLine 6000 consists on two sections: the gas analysis Main Control Unit (MCU) and the Remote Control Unit (RCU). The communication between the two sections is via standard RS232. The MCU is a true, portable, flue gas laboratory. It includes: aspiration pump, filters, condensate drain with peristaltic pump, gas sensors and electronics. It can be positioned near the stack sampling point and it can work also as a stand alone unit (black-box). The operator can survey the overall operation at distance by using the Remote Control Unit. The RCU is used to display and memory store the analysis data, to printout data, and to transfer data to a Personal Computer. Optional DBGas 2000 software package help operator to manage analysis data. DBGas Gas Analysis Database Manager can store 9000 readings structured by Tags. Using the optional DBGas2000 TM Windows software package, you can organize and manage your inspection and maintenance activity. DBGas 2000 software package TM includes GasConfig Windows software. 3 Split architecture A new concept in Measurement and Analysis Systems Modularity and Operative flexibility The Clean Air Act, promulgated in U.S.A. in 1970, was certainly the first law that regulates air emissions from area, stationary and mobile source. EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) and other countries or states Regulatory Agency elaborate affordable and reasonable methods of achieving environmental compliance to verify stated emissions limits. A number of official Protocols has been elaborated to verify industrial emissions using portable analyzers to ensure air quality compliance. These Protocols are the guidelines which prescrive the techical performances of the electrochemical sensor based analyzers to be used, as well as calibration and testing procedure which should be followed to assure valid emission data. Other operative modes include draft measurement, report printout, data logging and PC interface. The built-in impact type printer, using standard paper roll, allows operator to generate a full comprehensive and "long life" report. The internal memory can store up to 9000 full analysis data. The digital interface (RS232) allows communication with a PC for instrument configuration, data transfer, and storage.

Expected life is over 2 years for Oxygen and over 3 years for toxic gases on typical applications. They can also be supplied precalibrated for easy and immediate replacement. A visual and acoustic alarm indicate a low rate. The cooler unit is strongly suggested for NO 2 & SO 2 long term measurements. Long term monitoring The industrial design and the high technology applied to the EcoLine 6000, allows to perform long term gas analysis. It is possible acquire data at programmed intervals. 5 Specifications Pressure & Draft The instrument is equipped with an internal differential sensor to measure pressure and stack draft. Differential pressure measurement could be used, e.g., for stack gas velocity by using an optional pitot tube. Smoke index Smoke index measurement can be obtained using a special heated probe, supplied on request, and through a dedicated internal procedure that compute the required volume of flue gas sample throught the in line filter. The results can be obtained by comparison with the Smoke Index Table and memory stored to be printed in the report. T+RH% probe Optional probe for simultaneous measurement of ambient temperature and relative humidity (%RH) for index of comfort measurements.
