Gemeinde-Club With our platform and our national and international activities we reach all austrian mayors, local councils (60-70% entrepreneurs), associations and international decision makers.
GEMEINDE CLUB (Information- and purchase platform for the austrian municipalities) and LUTSCH-CONSULTING are building up a dynamic network with innovative ideas and solutions for European municipalities and their companies. The knowledge and experience of established entrepreneurs with fresh ideas and solutions from more than startups (in our own network) are intended to address with our national and international activities all relevant topics relating to economics, Security, Big Data, Environment eg. Together we create unique products and services for Europe.
Waste2Energy Our energy demand is rising steadily. What we have more than enough is waste. The fight against climate change requires technologies that generate energy without emitting CO2 (carbon dioxide). The goal: to recycle waste efficiently and use it optimally for energy The solution: "Waste to Energy" "Energy Generation from Waste

Our solution
Waste2Energy Video 1 t municipal waste - 1 MWh of energy... This Waste2Energy plant (space required 150m², arrival and departure zone as well Storage area m²) solves the waste problem, the transport u. storagecosts and generate new revenue...

The Waste2Energy plant burns municipal waste, rubber, sewage sludge, etc. and heat recovery produces green energy. With in a small city there is no other means capable of incineration and freely deployed at the waste collection or production site, at appropriate intervals. There is no other device that - meanwhile meeting the requirements - is able to incinerate the waste and can be installed freely at the waste collection or production site. The device is suitable for the recovery of several hazardous waste. It can burn a mixture with a calorific value of 6 MJ / kg based on the total weight. After the combustion process remains 10-15% ash. The strict regulations for sewage sludge incineration (an initial temperature of C and at least 2 seconds afterburning at 950 C) as well as the strict emission requirements are met by this Waste2Energy plant. So far, these requirements could only be met by large waste incineration or special waste incineration plants. This device in all its parameters reaches the level what the large incineration plants can provide and stores and transmit all datas.
The Waste2Energy plant also has an environmentally friendly advantage: it enables safe disposal at every location and avoids large-scale transport and the storage of large and hazardous waste, as well as noise and smell harassment and also generates new revenue... The device processes 24 t per day - the municipal waste is shredded by an integrated shredder. Energy recovery: with dry waste about 1 t = 1MWh with wet waste approx. 2.5 t = 1 MWh For each shift, the system should be operated by 3-4 employees (at least 1 employee with technical knowledge). Another advantage of the system is that its operation requires no significant expertise and has a small footprint. (Plant 150m², arrival and departure and storage area m²). The entire Waste2Energy system is automatically controlled with closed system technology.

Waste2Energy Waste is shipped across Europe. Italy alone sends 433,000 tonnes of domestic waste annually within Europe (35.1% to Austria). Because of chronic problems with waste disposal in their own country. In the period of december 2016 to december 2017, only Rome disposed 70,000 tonnes of waste in Austria (BBC News). After the end of the transports to Austria: Rome sinks in the garbage. The disposal in Emilia Romagna charge Rome 180 euros per ton since January (Costs 12,6 Mio.)
Waste2Energy Example Rom: Expenses for Rom: t waste = ,- p.a. With our solution you get from: 1 t waste = 1 MWh energy = 37,91 Waste and energy revenue from a 8MWh Waste2Energy plant within 10 years (financing costs incl.) 3,4 Mio. p.y. Waste and energy revenue from the 11. year 6,8 Mio. p.y.
Overview Pyrolyse Pyrolysis (from Greek: pyr = fire, lysis = dissolution) is the term for the thermal cleavage of organic compounds, which is forced by high temperatures (500 to 900 C) a bond break within large chain molecules. Pyrolysis produces two different products. These are, on the one hand, the solid component, the pyrolysis coke and the gaseous component, the pyrolysis gas. The composition and mass distribution of the individual components depends on the nature of the raw material and the pyrolysis form. This is how the liquid component is created in flash pyrolysis.
Pyrolysis plants in Germany In Germany there are some pyrolysis plants. For example, near Burgau in the district of Günzburg there is a pyrolysis plant that uses household waste, sewage sludge and shredded bulky refuse. This plant has been in operation since since 1987, the district of Günzburg operates the plant on its own. Its purpose is to clean up the garbage from households, household-like industrial waste, bulky waste and, in small quantities, sewage sludge accumulated in the district of Günzburg (approximately 120,000 inhabitants) in an environmentally friendly way. The MPA is financed exclusively from the collected waste fees. Since 2001, Hamm has also been using a system that uses household waste as a raw material for pyrolysis. This plant has a throughput of 12,000 kg / h distributed over two lines. For the production of charcoal there is a plant in Germany since this still produces charcoal for various uses. An example is the production of charcoal for the grill.
Pyrolysis plants in the world The pyrolysis technique is a relatively new process. Since 1999, e.g. In Finland, Germany, Spain, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Italy and Greece plants for the flash pyrolysis of wood in operation. Also in India, Mangalore has been built a pyrolysis plant, this is fed with wood and provides daily 64MW of electricity. In addition to grasses and tree wood, waste from agriculture is used as a raw material for pyrolysis. In Denmark, Kalundborg stands since 1971 a pyrolysis plant for household waste. In this system, 6 tons of household waste are recycled daily. Japan: In Chiba (near Tokyo) is also a pyrolysis plant of process waste since 1971, also in the city of Mie since it uses as raw material waste wood and in the town of Akroh a 2 t / h pyrolysis plant was built for used tires. Since 2009, Limassol, Cyprus, has been using a plant that uses used tires as a raw material for pyrolysis.
