All relevant values are shown conveniently on the display. PRETTY SMART The RMB/REPORT documents all current and past production values and presents them in a clear arrangement. This allows worldwide access to all relevant data in realtime. At the same time, the parameters can also be customised and the unit can be controlled remotely. OPTIONAL VIBRATION ISOLATION In addition to the low engine speed, standard threeway or four-way vibration isolation assures optimal smooth running. The client, skilled tradesman, designer, architect or contractor receives the operator service document folder together with all necessary signature-ready applications and forms; then they can be submitted after being signed by the customer. The end customer also receives 12 months of follow-up assistance and an application service for all recurring registrations, including applications for energy tax repayment. 26 MAINTENANCE CONTRACT The full maintenance contract with functional assurance for the neotower is a full-service agreement with RMB/ENERGIE available to every operator of a new unit. We are convinced of the quality of our neotower and offer the full maintenance contract with functional assurance for 10 or 15 years. All significant technical parameters of the neotower are continuously monitored with our RMB Report unit monitoring system. Of course, every unit operator receives individual access to the RMB Report, including visualisation of the parameters for their neotower unit(s). The factory service can also access the unit via a remote maintenance system for quick reaction times. In case of a malfunction, this also means optimal diagnosis and thus quick reaction times for the unit operator. Moreover, all maintenance and repair costs and all wear and spare parts for the neotower are included, along with the inspection or replacement of the drive unit and generator, as well as operating costs, travel costs, kilometre rates - a true full-service solution!
