The test results meet all TNI or other applicable regulatory agency requirements, including holding times and preservation, unless otherwise indicated. The report shall not be reproduced, except in full, without the written consent of the laboratory. All samples are collected as grab samples unless otherwise identified. The reported results relate only to the sample as tested. EQCI is not responsible for sample integrity unless sampling has been performed by a member of our staff. EQCI is not responsible for sampling and/or testing omissions. Note that regulatory authorities may assess substantial fines for testing omissions. Please track your sample collection schedules and results on a regular basis (e.g. weekly, monthly, or quarterly) to ensure compliance.
