Co-processing in cement kiln: Cement production Waste material destruction Recovery of energy/ mineral from waste Co-Processing refers to the useof suitable waste materials in manufacturing processes for the purpose of energy and/or resource recoveryand resultant reduction in the use of conventional fuels and/or raw material through substitution. 3 Feeding points are carefully selected to ensure safe and environmentally friendly manner 4 Feeding points will be selected according to; Physical Chemical Toxicological characteristics Used oil, spent solvent, liquid waste containing organic components e.g. PCBs, Pesticides 2 SRF, RDF, RPF, rice husk, wood bark, atomized sludge etc. 3 Used tire, lump fuel, sludge etc. 4 Mixed AR: fly & bottom ash, drilling cutting, sand dust, iron dust, wastewater sludge etc. 5 Emissions are trapped at different kiln processes ensuring no additional emissions are created.
