Risks to health are to be systematically evaluated and hygiene conditions systematically assessed in order to take appropriate action.

Their HSE responsibilities are to be clearly defined in contracts.

Emergency plans are to be drawn up, tested and updated on a regular basis.

Geosciences Any identified incident or anomaly (unsafe act/situation) is the subject of a written report, analyzed and action taken to prevent recurrence. Experience gained from this analysis is to be systematically communicated to other operations under the control of DGEP and is to be used in the preparation for future operation.
