3 EXECUTIVE SEARCH & RECRUITMENT AurigaVision specializes in the healthcare industry (pharma, biotech, medtech, diagnostics, etc.) and supports the search for suitable candidates for vacancies. This specialist alignment of the company allows suitable candidates to be contacted directly, both nationally and internationally. This core area of AurigaVision is rounded off with additional services such as temporary staffing (contractors), internship programs for graduates and support for companies wanting to relocate to Switzerland. 7 SEARCH AND SELECTION PROCESSES Finding candidates for the pharma and medtech industries requires a lot of intuition and broad knowledge of the corresponding market. 8 SEARCH On a contingent or retained basis Candidate search (sourcing) in Europe and Switzerland Multilevel strategy for candidate search (database, e-recruiting, research, active souring, networking, recommendations) SELECTION Structured interviews of candidates (skills-based interviews) Creation of personality and behavior profiles On request: Analyses and profiles on the basis of developing case studies On request: Reference information and individual clarifications PERSONALITY PROFILE To support the selection process, a personality profile is created by all candidates. This enables an even more efficient selection during shortlisting. 9

9 RECRUITMENT PROCESS Normally, a position can be filled in 6-8 weeks from starting the recruitment process. However, in the event of urgent recruitment, initial candidate files can often already be provided within a couple of days, as AurigaVision has outstanding contacts and a well managed, active pool of candidates.
