4 About Hedline the TK DBP Inclusion Index Benchmarking TK Report Of the 174 companies that registered for and received links to complete the DBP Inclusion Index application, 104 opened their links and 51 finished and submitted applications online between April 3 and June 10, Applications included approximately 280 questions in the three areas above, and were evaluated based on a proprietary algorithm that assigned 30% of the final score to transparency (points were given for willingness to share data and not for representation), and 35% each to engaging in best practices and having an inclusive company culture. This Benchmarking Report shows how your company s representation data compares with that submitted by other companies that completed the Inclusion Index application broken down by gender, race and job level. This Benchmarking Report also shows how your company s adherence to best practices in recruitment, retention and advancement of diverse employees as well as in ensuring an inclusive company culture compares with companies that earned a spot on the DBP Inclusion Index.
