EMPLOYMENT & LABOR The Employment & Labor Practice at Lewis Brisbois represents clients in all phases and types of employment litigation, counseling, training and collective bargaining. Our team of employment experts is spread throughout our locations across the United States, and provides clients with sound counsel in dozens of jurisdictions. REAL ESTATE, LAND USE & ENVIRONMENTAL LITIGATION The Real Estate and Land Use attorneys have expertise in all aspects of industrial and agricultural development from the perspectives of both the public agency and the developer.
