4 EVERYONE HAS A PLAN TILL THEY GET PUNCHED IN THE MOUTH. Challenges of leadership: Everyone is managed and inspired differently Change is inevitable. So is illogic. Embrace it. Resources are scarce. Often, we are dependent variables It will be exhausting Solution: Practice Leadership Daily 1. Assess the situation use an effective leadership style. 2. Be prepared for the challenges. 3.
