Goals of Reman pilot Reman industry will face numerous difficulties, such as existing regulation restraints, incentive policies, technology innovations, concept acceptance etc. Explore the related regulations, management and administration systems of remanufactured products. Based on the lessens, explore solutions (modifying policies and regulations, etc. ) 7

Identification progress 25th July, 2011, published the first batch of Reman Goods Catalog, including 8 enterprises and 935 types of products (components and parts of engineering machinery, mining machinery, oil equipment, motor, office equipment and railway vehicles) 10th February, 2012, published the second batch of Reman Goods Catalog, including 6 enterprises, 4332 types of products 19

21 Next Move 1. Major Three Reverse Logistics Favorable Policy based on Catalog Preferential Reman Tech & Equip Catalog 20

Tech & Business mode 1) Regarding Technology R&D, encourage company to invest more on innovation, like surface repair tech. 2) MIIT and MOST jointly release the preferential remanufacture technology and equipment catalog 3) Conclude the business modes and experience of Reman development in different industries 21

23 Next Move 3. Core flow 1) Construction of reverse logistics system. Carry out the relative researches to conquer obstacles faced by engineering machinery, electronic information industry and auto industry 2) Core import. Improve the legal system of Remanufacture in China and explore the large scale core import 22
