4 Research & Development Optimisation of the Transport System and its Sustainable Development (2001 contracted by the Ministry of Transport ( ) programme has 4 sub - programmes focused on sustainable passenger and freight transport and the restructuring of the transport system Research & Development National programme of Research ( ) led by: Government Council for Research and Development The programme covers a wide range of topics. One of them is: Sub-programme on Safe and Economic Transport Research focus (transport optimisation, sustainable mobility and technologies for infrastructure maintenance, led by the Ministry of Transport.
