4 Research & Development Optimisation of the Transport System and its Sustainable Development (2001 contracted by the Ministry of Transport ( ) programme has 4 sub - programmes focused on sustainable passenger and freight transport and the restructuring of the transport system Research & Development National programme of Research ( ) led by: Government Council for Research and Development The programme covers a wide range of topics. 5 Research & Development Within the operational programme Research and Development for Innovations, CDV prepared and submitted the project Transport R&D Centre (CDV PLUS), in order to better reflect the needs of transport R&D in the next time period connected with the integration of research activities of CDV.
