4 TERMS AND CONDITIONS Shipping We ship within the USA and Canada by UPS Ground. We can also ship UPS-Red, UPS-Blue and UPS 3-day. FedEx may also be used at ACI s discretion. All finished goods will ship from the Ohio distribution center facility. Payment Terms Dealer terms are net 30 with prior credit approval. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Novis/Discover, Money Orders, Certified/Cashier s Checks (both prepaid and UPS-COD) from new accounts. F.O.B. Cincinnati, OH, shipping and handling additional on all orders. Prices All prices and all quantity discounts must be on a single PO and cannot be combined, (Minimum Advertised Price Policy) may apply to selected SKU s. MAPP pricing applies to dealer web sites, marketing material, etc. Amano reserves the right to withhold product shipment if dealers do not comply with MAPP pricing requirements. Note: This price guide supersedes all previous price guides. Shipping Claims All units are packed carefully and correctly and undergo a detailed inspection before they leave our facility. Damaged shipments should be checked in the presence of the carrier. Please keep all shipping cartons and packing material for carrier inspection. Claims for missing units or damaged shipments must be made with two working days of receipt of order. Return Policy If you would like to return an Amano time clock or terminal, please obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) form by contacting Amano Customer Support within 30 days of product purchase. Proof of purchase in the form of an original order number or invoice copy will be required to return merchandise. Software, Advanced Modules for software, software upgrades and special order products are not eligible for return. Returned items must be complete with all original accessories, cables, attachments, manuals, badges, etc. If possible, please use the original box for shipping. A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned products. Voltage Unless otherwise specified, all models listed are for standard 120 VAC 60Hz. All other voltage requirements are not available for domestic purchase. Service & Repair All repair requests must have a RMA number assigned prior to shipping the unit to Amano. The RMA number should be indicated on the shipping carton. The hourly rate for service is $ Estimates are available upon request and may be billable. Warranty Statement ACI warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal service conditions for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Units found to be defective under this warranty are limited to repair or replacement of parts, or entire units, at ACI s sole discretion. This warranty does not apply to products that have been damaged due to negligence, accident, misapplication or have been repaired or modified by anyone other than ACI. pg. 3

5 Dealer discount is based on the previous year s sales. Dealers that purchased $50K or more qualify for A level price discount which is 47% off list price, *exclusions apply. Any A level dealer that orders 25 units (any combination of clocks) on a single PO will receive 50% discount on all qualifying clocks. *exclusions apply. Dealers that purchased up to $50k Qualify for B level discount which is 40% off list price. Any B level dealer that orders 5 to 24 units (any combination of clocks) on a single PO will receive 44% off list price. Any B level dealer that orders 25 or more units on a single PO will receive 47% off list price. *exclusions apply Purchase orders may not be combined and must have a single ship to address. The following clocks will count toward total quantity on a PO but will not qualify for 50% discount. 47% is the maximum discount on the following models. PIX-200, MRX-35, BX-1500, BX-1600, EX-3500, EX-9000/9500, NS-5100 and PR600. Regardless of dealer discount or quantity 40% discount is the maximum discount on the 4700/4800 series time stamp.
