2 INTRODUCTION WELCOME TO PT. VISIPRO TIGAMITRA UTAMA International trade and Cross-border Transactions as part of international business activity lately has progressed very rapidly. The development of international business activities are including import-export activities, investment, service trading, licensing and franchising, intellectual property rights, and many other business activities related to international trade. Indonesia will start to implement free trading primarily in the region of Southeast Asia in 2015, and will be followed by the implementation of free trade with other countries in other regions in Further, this condition will aim the pattern of international trade in the context of the borderless world and the implementation of trade liberalization in Indonesia. Directorate General of Customs and Excise (DGCE) as an institution that regulate international trade operational, will be switching function and its primary mission from the Tax Collector becoming Trade Facilitator and Industrial Assistance. In accordance to that transition, Directorate General of Customs and Excise (DGCE) will improvise to issue lot of new policies including system, Customs procedures, and facilities more effectively and efficiently, to support smoothness of goods and services flow based on the development of international trade. Thus enterprises which is involved in international trade are required to adapt with those policy changes and can utilize a variety of facilities issued by DGCE. According to those situation and broader coverage of international trade, barriers that will be encountered by importers and exporters and other international bussiness parties lately will be more complex. PT. 7 Internal Audit on Customs and Excise Compliance This service is an internal audit of Customs and Excise Compliance over the client transactions in a particular period, to determine the reliability of the client's business processes in compliance to Customs processes in the Directorate General of Customs and Excise (DGCE), further the potential findings and errors which may lead to sanctions such as fines, penalties, or or non-penalty recommendation can be measured. We provide the highest level of Customs Audit to anticipate the actual audit conducted by DGCE. The Results obtained from internal audit of Customs and Excise Compliance will be used to plan transactions which related to the Customs and Excise procedures (customs planning) in the period following or improve the current period, Thus Auditee have already been prepared at the time of customs and excise audit held by Directorate General of Customs and Excise.

Customs and Excise Audit Assistance This services is required to support and assist our Client during Customs Audit conducted by Directorate General of Customs and Excise (DGCE). Under The Indonesian Customs Law Number 17 Year 2006 article 86 mentioned that customs officers are able to execute customs compliance audit towards Importer, Exporter, Bonded Zone Facility, Bonded Warehouse Facility, Temporary Hoarding Zone, PPJK or Freight Company, and other customs facilities beneficiary.

9 License Instruments Arrangement This Service is provided to prepare the necessary documents needed in the licensing requirements and complete the licensing process, such as Customs Identification Number in the Customs and Excise registration, BKPM Facilities, Bonded License (issuance / extension / replacement / other), KITE, Facilities Changes, Determination of customs value, Objections and Appeals and other licenses related to Customs and Excise Licensing. Customs and Excise Advisory This is a Consultation service on legislation and administration of Customs and Excise, and other regulations related to Customs and Excise regulations. Customs and Excise System Solution This is a service to create and repair Customs and Excise system owned by our Clients, either manual or computerized systems related to the customs and excise activities to achieve the requirements of customs and excise report, and to provide information needed either by Client s internal party or by Directorate General of Customs and Excise (DGCE).
