You must have access to machinery that can receive the shipment off the truck, i.e. a forklift or tractor. When having your item delivered to your home or business, Norwood band sawmills and oversize orders ship by common-carrier freight truck so it s important that your delivery address is easily accessible to a transport truck. We are also happy to ship to your closest depot to keep shipping costs down. You or your designated agent must be present to accept the order and off-load it. If no one is at the delivery address to accept the order, re-delivery and storage charges may apply.
