Dangerous goods services for non-acceptable Import shipments and for Import transit shipments-not FRA- are billed to importing airline Payment conditions invoices are payable upon receipt. Payment has to be received within 14 days of invoice date. Payment is considered received when it is available on the bank account. Interest on late payment Interest rate for late payments is base rate + 8% Liability liablity is determined by German Trade Law (Handels-Gesetz-Buch (HGB)) The German version of these Terms of Trade prevails
