1 Page 1 of 8 AS Schenker s additional services price list for Land Transport valid from LIABILITY Services are being provided under the application of the Estonian Logistics and Freight Forwarding Association s general conditions, Estonian Logistics and Freight Forwarding Association s Carriage of Goods by Road general conditions, Estonian Logistics and Freight Forwarding Association s General Terms and Conditions for Warehousekeepers, Convention on the Contract for the International Carriage of Goods by Road (CMR), AS Schenker s interpretation of the International Chamber of Commerce version of Incoterms/Combiterms 2000 (Incoterms 2010 can also be applied) and other statutory acts. CARGO INSURANCE AS Schenker s liability is limited according to the CRM Convention by 8,33 SDR freight s or part of its gross weight per kilogram. To minimise the client s risk, AS Schenker will mediate cargo insurance contract with AS Schenker s chosen insurer. The wish to sign the cargo insurance contract needs to be in a written form to the AS Schenker representative whilst placing an order of transportation service.
