Seokyung TSC (SK) was established in 1995, and is a leader in the die-casting and manufacturing of aluminum raised access flooring for the high tech microelectronics and semiconductor industries. SK also has a strong focus on the pharmaceutical, communications, data and TFT-LCD markets. 3 Floor Panels SK produces both a 2000 and a 3000-pound line of panels in empirical dimensions as well as a metric line of products to meet all international, military and government requirements and specifications. All panels are available in solid, perforated, and grated designs. Each panel is diecast, milled, produced and finished under the highest standards and quality guidelines in the industry. To maintain these high quality and manufacturing controls, SK produces -- from ingot to finished product % of their panels under one roof in their facility in Jincheon, South Korea. Currently, SK is the only company who manufactures panels with 0% of the product development outsourced. SK has the largest panel production capability in the industry. Current production capacity is 5,000 panels, or 20,000 square feet, per day and we re working to double this in the future as the market requires. 5 Pedestal Systems SK s Aluminum Pedestal Bases are available in both a Standard Duty and Heavy Duty version, depending upon the loading requirements of the project. Each comes complete with matching Pedestal Heads and are available in both a mill-finished and epoxy-powdercoated finish. The pedestal bases can be mechanically fastened to the subfloor or concrete foundation, or they can be fixed with an adhesive to secure them in place. Stringers SK stringers are extruded aluminum profiles designed to fit between and span the pedestal heads to provide lateral support to the system. The stringers DO NOT in any way determine the spacing requirements between the pedestals as the holes are elongated (slotted) to allow them to conform to the size of the panels. 7 Dampers Dampers are available for perforated and grated panels to adjust the airflow through the floor to balance a room around tools and work stations. They are adjustable from 0-100% open in incremental settings. Acrylic Insert Panels (Vision/Access) Vision or Access Panels are available with acrylic inserts which are produced to the Customer s specified size to allow you to see beneath the panel from above, or to allow easy access.
