They were able to get in basement apartment on Aug 18 in the pm to check the sewer lateral which was still experiencing a restriction. They lined up a time to meet the tenants in the morning of Aug 19 to auger the line. Sewer lateral was augered and cleared, they hit a blockage at approx. 17 feet. They ran a camera and it appears there were roots and fat in the sewer lateral at this point but everything looked fine from there out. Tenant was given root kill/degreaser to pour out at a later time to give it a good cleaning. Crosbie's sewer jet was then sent over and jetted/cleaned section of sewer that runs along in front of the house. Due to the condition of the pipe and the time span between backups, there is no need to dig this service at this time.
