3 Who we are Conrop, s.r.o. was created by the merger with the company LANEX Packaging s.r.o. to Company history 1986: JUTA, s.p. start of production of bulk bags 1990/91: LANEX, a.s. creation of a separate legal entity under privatization 2001: LANEX, a.s. distribution divisions according to production program (SPJ1 Bulk bags) 2011: LANEX Packaging s.r.o. spin-off and creation of a separate legal entity Since : CONROP, s.r.o. the merger with the company LANEX Packaging s.r.o. The scope of business activity of CONROP, s.r.o. is production, development and sale of ﬂexible packaging (called BIG BAGS), designed for packaging, handling and transport of particularly bulk and liquid materials. Company is certiﬁed according to ISO 9001:2009, the construction of bags according to ISO standards. Manufacturing workshops of the company are deployed in Europe, the headquarter is located in Bolatice in the Czech Republic. CONROP, s.r.o. operates on a worldwide scale with deliveries to more than 20 countries. The share of export makes over 90% of the total sales. What we do and why we do it Main production program of the company is production of four-point ﬂexible intermediate bulk containers designed for the speciﬁc use in demanding ﬁeld of packaging of materials in chemical, food and pharmaceutical industries. The secondary group of products is represented by production of container liners, bags for liquids, bulk storage silos, sewing threads, woven webbings and also special products as an example, the ﬂood protection bags. In addition to quality which is a matter of course for us, we focus our efforts on specialization, ﬂexibility and prompt deliveries on time. We carefully pay attention to satisfy all the requirements of our customers as far quality and to establish resources for further development of the company. What is our mission In long term horizon to satisfy the ﬂexible needs of customers by quality and reliable products with orientation to alcove segments that require specialized solutions. We apply client care with individual approach, permanent care of quality and development of products to meet the motto of our organisation professional solution. 3

4 Basic characteristics of the product Flexible intermediate bulk container (FIBC) Medium volume bag, bulk bag or big bag that is made of ﬂexible fabric, with or without inner liner that is designed for short storing and transporting of various materials. Technical speciﬁcations: 100% recyclability: bags are made from polypropylene or polyethylene materials, which are fully recyclable and environmentally friendly. Suitable for materials with temperatures -20 to + 60 ᵒC. Bags may be used once (safety factor SF 5:1), more times (SF 6:1) or many times (SF 8:1). Advantages: Low weight, easy handling, compactness. Easy availability. Wide possibility of the use (including bulk UN materials). Dimensions: Base of bag could be square or rectangular. Standard dimensions are from 50 to125 cm, in height up to 250 cm. The possibility of individual approach in case of non-standard requirements. Use: Food industry milk powder, cocoa, cereals, ﬂour, nuts, salt, sugar, etc. Chemical industry salts, phosphates, carbonates, pigments, toners, soot, polyamides, nitrite, additives, etc. Pharmaceutical industry salts, compounds, bulk ingredients of the medication, drugs, etc. Construction industry rubble, stones, sand, gravel, cement, etc. Wood industry sawdust, bark, wood, pellets, etc. Extracting industry grit, crushed stone, rubble, calcite, coal, etc. Recycling regranulates, ﬂakes, scraps. Various separation of mud in the water solution, baggage, collection of small electrical equipment's, etc. Liquid bags oil, honey, milk, syrups, fruit and vegetable juices, shampoos, cleansers and liquid chemicals, which are not UN material. 4

Testing We perform testing of not only the ﬁnished bags, but also for all the input materials from which the bag is made. Each bag is manufactured in accordance of technological prescriptions ﬁrstly tested in the laboratory. Traceability Bags are supplied with the mandatory safety label which includes basic information about the product and also with special small tags with numbers of workers, who participated in the production of the bag. On the basis of these data it is possible to use the operating system to quickly and efﬁciently trace the history of each of the input material. Customer audits Our bags and plants are audited several times a year, which contributes to a high quality of production and products. Health safety Conrop, s.r.o. holds a Certiﬁcate of health for intermediate bulk containers, webbings, sewing yearns and threads for dry foodstuff according to the Commission Regulation (EU) No. 10/2011 and Decree of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic No. 38/2011 Dig. (on the public health requirements relating to materials and articles intended to come into contact with foodstuff) in later wording. Our company also successfully passed the audit and acquired certiﬁcate ÈSN EN ISO 22000:2006, which ensure compliance with the rules of hygiene of the production of packaging for the food industry. The main advantage of this type of bag is particularly saving in pallet management. Another advantage is possibility of transportation of bigger quantities of product (up to 2%). Thanks to the specially designed bottom the emptying of the bag at the distance is easy and safe. Bags with distance opening Such a products are particularly used in situations, when is manipulation with emptying for operator dangerous. Distance opening allows safe and comfortable handling. Bags with laced bottom Easy and quick opening. Pulling of one cord opens bottom and material begins to freely strew. 8

Helibag This type is designed for the transport of materials by helicopter. Bag with material could be quickly and efﬁciently transported to the required destination, especially may be transported to the dangerous places with difﬁcult access. 9

Conrop Electrostatic Bags are designed to help control and eliminate risks connected with electrostatic charges. Type of bags Type A (Standard bag) Bag with no requirements for electrical resistance. Type B (Bag with breakdown voltage) Breakdown voltage of FIBC wall has to be less or equal to 6kV. Type C (Conductive bag, with earthing) Electrical resistance to earth from any point on the bag is less than 1,0 x 107 Ω. Type D (Conductive bag, without earthing) Dissipative bag, electric charges are partially diverted into the atmosphere along conductive ﬁbres/side walls. Conical bags Specially designed for less loose materials which do not run freely. Conical base is perfect for product emptying with no sticking to bag corners. The conical part of the bag bottom and upper end makes ﬁlling and emptying easier and is thus suitable especially for automated operation workshops. 10

UN bags are designed in accordance with the United nations Recommendations on the Transportation of dangerous Goods generally known as the Orange Book and are further tested according to regulations from the Orange Book for road (ADR), railway (RID) and ship transport (IMDB Code). Bulk storage silos are specially designed and manufactured in accordance with requirements of customers. 17

This allows the threads to be sewn quickly, without damaging the thread structure by friction (resulting in high temperature).

18 Other products Sewing threads We manufacture our polypropylene sewing threads in linear densities of 3300 dtex to 6600 dtex. Our sewing threads have an odourless, non-toxic surface treatment that is not hazardous to health. This allows the threads to be sewn quickly, without damaging the thread structure by friction (resulting in high temperature). Products sewn with these threads can be used in a wide variety of industrial applications where hygiene is of the utmost importance, especially in the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries. The sewing threads are used primarily for polypropylene fabric sewing. They are noted for high strength and elongation which provide for the necessary properties of the seam even under high load.
