1 Company Profile: A One Movers is a specialist Fragile Freight and Furniture moving company. Established in early 2005, our business has grown steadily over the years due to a growth strategy that ensures quality and service remain our main objectives. Initially starting out as a contractor to a midsized furniture removal company we recognised an opportunity to provide customers with a more 'personalised service'. Although our ambitions are great we understand that 'personal service' is what is required no matter how large or small we are. Our aim is to have continued growth and facilitate this with strong structure and sound management. We also recognise the need for continuous improvement and quality management from dispatching our vehicles and managing staff to computer software and technical reporting. Relationships are a key to our success, and a part of the business that we thrive in. It is through our relationships with our clients and suppliers that we have forged long term working partnerships. Some of these partnerships with our clients have enabled them to have a dedicated transport solution such as "Central Joinery" and "The Look", both companies benefitting greatly from an increase in their exposure, It is with great pride that we boast a client list that includes companies like Progressive Enterprises, Dixie Cummings (John Young Furniture), St Michels Bathroomware, Cronin Kitchens, Turners Auctions and some of New Zealand's premier shop fitters like Central Joinery, Format Interiors and Essex & Comshape. Each of these clients have benefitted from the equipment and advice that we have provided. Saving both time and money, and improving service to their client, the end user.

2 The Key People: Managing Director: Mrs Vanessa Milham Vanessa's career in the work place has been mainly in the "fast moving consumer goods" (fmcg) sector. She has had various roles ranging from Quality Management to Sales and Production Management, working for both private and large multinational companies. The common theme in Vanessa's career has been her continuous drive for improvement. Vanessa is qualified in Quality Assurance and creating systems. On the creation of A One Movers Limited Vanessa spent the first year working on the truck at the coal face, the experience gained in this year has been invaluable. Vanessa is able to offer direct knowledge and advice when dealing with customers which has helped A One Movers Limited establish itself in the market place. Sales Manager: Mr Tony Milham Tony completed eleven years working in the Technical field at Telecom NZ and gained a Trade Certificate, Advanced Trade Certificate and a Degree in Electrical Engineering, Tony left to get involved in the Transport Sector. His experience ranges from being an Owner Driver through to Regional and General Manager in both the road and sea sectors of the transport industry. He has gained experience at this level in both General Freight and Fragile Freight and Furniture. Tony's key attributes include a genuine interest in good service and keeping his promises to his clients. He is able to communicate and connect at any level which has led to the creation of a large network of people and companies. Financial Controller: Dawn Emerson Dawn is Vanessa's mother and has an accounting background (Honours Student) and has worked in various administrative roles from Sole Charge to Multinational Corporate companies. Dawn has worked in the transport industry for many years at companies such as Eskimo Logistics, Russell and Somers and Reefers Shipping. Through years of experience Dawn brings real depth to the financial control of A One Movers. Dawn has developed a reputation for being dependable, trustworthy and accurate. She has an eye for detail and has often been so efficient she does herself out of a job.

Whether the need is large or small, difficult to load or unload we can manage this for you. With equipment like taillifts, ramps and dollies you can be assured we can move it!

4 The Vehicles: Vehicles are the heart of any transport organisation, and it is with great pride that we provide our fleet for daily judgement by the public. Our trucks are all immaculately kept and serviced. All our trucks are GPS Tracked using state of art E Road equiprnent, as well as being fitted with full function cantilever tail lifts. All trucks carry 300 Furniture Blankets, Furniture Ties, Piano trolleys and Hand Trucks. The Security : A One Movers uses recognised industry leaders for the supply of security products. ADT are our alarm and roving providers. This company is well known for prompt response times and quality staff. patrol Our insurance providers are Jardine Insurance Brokers. All our policies are underwritten by Lumley Insurance. In these unsettled times it is nice to know that you are dealing with the best. All of our staff are Police checked as well as randomly drug tested. All our drivers are registered with Land Transport New Zealand's Driver Check system. This ensures that all drivers are legal and any demerit points are acknowledged by the company. This way we can see emerging behaviours before they are a problem. 4

A One Advantage is about caring for the environment, making the most of our resources and striving to continuously improve the use of those resources. BIOFUEL: To achieve these goals we have used incredible new technologies. We are an early adopter in the use of biofuel. Our fleet uses biofuel that is carbon neutral by nature. Add the fact that it is a recycled resource and you have a fuel that is carbon negative. SOFTWARE: To maximise the use of this biofuel, we have software that uses route optimisation to eliminate waste. This same software enables us to use a paperless system. We can collect your proof of deliveries electronically and give you full visibility of your account. You can even get on line estimates. VEHICLE TRACKING: Once again we are an early adopter of new technology! E Road is an amazing new system that gives us excellent visibility of our fleet, plus by being able to buy road user on line and simultaneously display the purchase in the trucks helps us in our ability to comply with the road tax laws.
