3 Safety and compliance as standard Rest assured you comply The SERCON 300 Steam Sterilizer is fully compliant to EN 285, is designed to be validated to EN ISO in your hospital, and is CE-marked to the Medical Device Directive 93/42/EEC. Manufactured in an ISO certified facility Every steam sterilizer comes with 134 C and 121 C sterilization cycles and the daily Bowie Dick cycle as standard The 316L quality stainless steel chamber has a 5-year warranty The silicone rubber door gasket has a 1-year warranty and requires no lubrication

4 High quality and low maintenance Standardised quality designed for reliability Each steam sterilizer chamber is fabricated of high quality 316L stainless steel with an internal bead blasted finish. All pipework which comes into contact with steam is 316L quality stainless steel, and uses sanitary tri-clamp fittings throughout The chamber is insulated with a unique ceramic jacket insulation The vacuum is delivered with a 3-phase liquid-ring vacuum pump for maximum efficiency and water saving, with a low water alarm to ensure the pump can only operate when water supply is present The steam generators are stainless steel with automatic flush, stainless steel water level switch and flanged construction for easy access to heater elements The SERCON 300 Steam Sterilizer uses pneumatic valves throughout to maximise reliability and control, and pneumatic silencers to minimise noise

6 Simple to use Easy to use puts you in control The SERCON 300 Steam Sterilizer is controlled by an industry-leading PLC controller. Operator, Supervisor and Technician-level passwords allow selection of standard cycles, modification of cycle parameters and the addition of special cycles as appropriate. 13 default and 99 user programmable cycles are available as standard. User-friendly 5.7" colour screen utilising Windows-based platform for clear Human Machine Interface (HMI). Cycle parameters are available in a real-time visual indication with visible and audible alarms, and advice on when maintenance is due. Analogue gauges fitted to the front of the sterilizer show immediate jacket pressure and chamber pressure. An integral printer is fitted to record key cycle parameters and operator ID.
