6 2008/2009 expectations Europe and North America will grow steadily but slower. OEMs General Costs are getting overall similar. End Users rising prices for raw materials, packaging, energy, freight and warehousing are creating pressure on Machine Builders for the Right Innovation, Delivery Time, Integrated Solution, Innovative Service Strategies and Tailored Solutions. Emerging markets and especially the fastest growing ones, such as China and India, are clearly demanding large quantities which mean Reliability, High Speed and Integrated Support.
