From personalized equipment and Rx eyewear program, to on-site training support and safety audits, Ritz Safety offers a retail experience beyond the merchandise. OPTO helped us create the in-store experience we were looking for in our two newest locations. The fixtures scaled, transitioned and easily adapted to merchandise across multiple product lines. Shoppers can easily browse our vast selection, while our associates offer their expertise and fit experience for maximum safety. As we expand, we have consistency in our branding and design. This approach has helped increase in-store sales well above double digit growth rates. More importantly, shoppers know when they enter Ritz Safety, they ll have a positive experience and leave with the right protection. 4 LOVE ALL. SERVE ALL. AUTHENTIC EXPERIENCES THAT ROCK Hard Rock was looking for what felt like fully custom store design, one that immersed visitors the moment they walked in the door. With the retail concept positioned at the restaurant entry, we wanted them to start their journey with showstopping appeal. When I met OPTO and sent over the first set of plans, they returned a customized solution without the custom-design price. We found our rhythm, moving forward with redesigning three distinct Hard Rock Cafe Rock Shops. From my designer to the customer service and logistcs team, OPTO performed awesomely and made me look like a rock star. As an internationally recognized sporting goods retailer, their selection of merchandise, bolstered by personalized service, product expertise, and to trybefore-you-buy mentality, make their brick-and-mortar superstores regional destinations for athletes of all levels. MonkeySports needed a partner to help expand its retail division. OPTO provided key solutions for three unique spaces that helped our business not just expand, but grow. 6 NINTENDO NEW YORK 10 ROCKEFELLER CENTER New York may be the company s flagship storefront, but Nintendo is everywhere. Making the brand accessible to their broad fan base was key when renovating the Rockefeller Plaza location. Simple in design, bold graphics marry with the neutral palette to create this welcoming, easy-to-shop retail and community event destination. Creative use of pre-designed components with simple customization and embellishment play into the brand statement. You have to make your brand accessible without alienating your fan base. Nintendo has always been an inclusive brand, and the store reflects that value. Our draw is the same as most specialty shops: Consumers are loyal to certain brands...they want a space to call their own that speaks to that passion and allows them to be transported for a period of time. In the heart of Chicago s Lincoln Square neighborhood, Merz Apothecary has been family owned and operated since opening in Known for their product knowledge and experience, they expanded their storefront in 2014, introducing The Men s Shop at Merz Apothecary. Focusing on men s grooming, they wanted to create a space that encourages shoppers to sample products, taking advantage of a generation worth of expertise. OPTO immediately understood what we were trying to accomplish at the The Men s Shop. They developed a fixture solution that has incredible flexibility, but felt completely custom to the space. We wanted a genuine, not generic store, and OPTO helped us achieve that goal.
