Empowerment noun Empowerment refers to increasing the economic, political, social, educational, gender, or spiritual strength of individuals and communities. authorization: the act of conferring legality or sanction or formal warrant Partnership noun A partnership is an arrangement in which parties agree to cooperate to advance their mutual interests. [1]

4 We need to develop and disseminate an entirely new paradigm and practice of collaboration that supersedes the traditional silos that have divided governments, philanthropies and private enterprises for decades and replace it with networks of partnerships working together to create a globally prosperous society. Simon Mainwaring As you navigate through the rest of your life, be open to collaboration and partnership. Other people and other people's ideas are often better than your own. Find people who challenge and inspire you, spend a lot of time with them, and it will change your life. Amy Poehler
