Regarding dog access to open space trails, select the option that best represents your views: -There should be more voice-and-sight trails to improve offleash access for dog guardians -Access for people with dogs, whether leashed or unleashed, should be expanded to reduce conflicts and the impacts of density -Access for people with dogs and leash restrictions are largely balanced across the system -The number of trails permitting people with dogs should remain steady, but dogs should be leashed on more of these trails -Dogs should be leashed on all Open Space trails Regarding the Green Tag Program for Voice and Sight control of dogs, select the option that best represents your views on the program: -The program works well. In my experience on Open Space, I see that most dogs and dog guardians comply with the rules. -The program works reasonably well. Some small changes to better educate dog guardians and improve compliance with the rules would be helpful. -The program only works some of the time. Increased fines and penalties, as well as increased education of dog guardians are needed. -The program is not working at all. Mandatory behavioral testing, higher fines, Green Tag revocation and increased enforcement are needed. Should non-boulder County users of Open Space be charged fees for use and/or parking? If yes, how should we pay for it?
