3 General description of the concept Project concept is a centralized information multilingual web application Ekspa enabling many vendors and buyers in B2B market to find each other worldwide. In modern world overflown with information the process of searching for the right partner can take quite a long time. This time can take toll on small business activities for example. Very often small companies lack only a few effort to maximize their success. Therefore, the main users of the application should be the representatives of small and mediumsized business. However, we do not challenge to verify all the user-level data. Ekspa is not just a web app, but a multilateral platform that will allow, on the one hand, to connect buyers with suppliers without any intermediaries, providing a basic service, free-of-charge use of the platform, i.e. by Freemium model. On another hand it will allow advertisers and investors to find the target audience very quickly. Thus, the main goal - search on the platform and fence mending will be free in order to attract more users to the app. Any user applying premium package will be able not only to use the platform, but also to form a web marketing operation in the application, for example, run ads in the chosen branch. In general, in this application we see development of the entire ecosystem of relationships beyond the traditional boundaries of buyer and supplier. At the same time work in the application mustn t be tiresome and extra bureaucratized. Eksperium cryptotoken will be a basis of payment for premium service packages. Eksperium is a token issued on the basis of the Waves and CAT[1]. In fact the concept of interaction between token and Waves is described in the work[2], so we do not describe it here. We emphasize that token is not a payment instrument, nor a currency and cannot be used for purchases outside of the app. With the help of tokens user can additionally: 1. Pay for advertising on site; 2. Organize the auction; 3. Arrange a virtual exhibition to attract visitors; 4. Place news releases for the branch chosen; 5. Obtain additional allocated storage space for his offers; 6. Go through additional verifications and get the investment partner. 3

5 Economic pattern It is commonly known that the growth of online sales is a global trend of modern economics. E-commerce is one of the most dynamically developing spheres. Since past decade global market of Internet trade has been growing steadily. For example, in 2015, its size reached $1.67 trillion (the largest share falls on China)[3]. Herewith current income potential is virtually limitless. One of the major shares of the global Internet trade is occupied by market-places, such as Alibaba.com or INDIAMART.COM. Total number of market-places users exceeds one million of companies. Our project is essentially a future market place having changed logic. In one respect we submit our users more services (see comparative tables) on Freemium model, on the other- we share profit with our users and give them more opportunities to unify local markets of different countries, applying new solutions implemented in our application. 7 Current project status The development of the application framework is carried out on Java EE basis using EJB and JPA functionality. The application architecture is three-tier (DBMS-Application Server-Client ). JavaScript is applied on client side. An application mock-up is currently being developed. The prototype includes: 1.
