6 Versy in 2016 Versy is a platform that allows people to create communities around their interests and allows them to chat, share and discover more about the things that they love. We started this journey 2 years ago The new Versy was published in the Play Store & App Store on 1 st March in existing LATAM markets We launched in the US on April 4 th Versy Lite continues to support feature phone users 6

7 How Are We Refining the Product to Make the User Proposition Clear? We need to make the key activities in the app clear, simple, easy and fun to use Focus on the core values: Interests Versy is primarily about the things you love Conversation make conversations feel smooth and simple, more chat like Sharing make it easy to share things, whether they re on on phone or on the web 7
