1 S. Clyde Weaver 2018 Fund Raising Opportunities For Non-Profit Organizations OPTION #1 - Subs: We offer four different types of subs all made with the same high quality meats and cheeses that we sell in our stores and farmers market locations. The subs are made with an Italian style sub roll, eight inches in length. Sub types as follows: Subs American: cooked salami, minced bologna, & white American cheese. Italian: hamacola, hard salami, pepperoni, & provolone cheese. Ham: smoked ham & swiss cheese. Turkey: white turkey breast & provolone cheese. Lettuce, tomato, and onion come with every sub. The lettuce and tomato are packed in a separate plastic bag to prevent the sub from becoming soggy. Hot peppers and subs without onions are options for all. Prices & Quantities: SUBS $ American $ Italian, Turkey, Ham & Cheese $ Hot Pepper Pack (3/4 oz. container) Mayo Packs - $ 0.15 / Mustard Packs - $.10 Prices for sub order of 400 or more. Orders between 300 and 399, add $.25 per sub. Orders between 200 and 299, add $.50 per sub. Orders between 100 and 199, add $.75 per sub. Prices subject to change. We recommend that you set your selling price to include enough to cover one hot pepper pack per sub at no additional cost to the customer. Time Guidelines: Fundraising subs are not available during July & August due to high temperatures. Not only is your organization associated with the subs, but also S. Clyde Weaver. We do not wish to risk improper transportation of the subs, especially during the heat of the summer. Food safety cannot be compromised. Fundraising subs are not available between November 10 and December 31 due to holiday retail demands. Your non-profit organization must approve a date with us at least one month before your sub sale. One week notice must be given on final count. Add on's, up to 5% of original total, can be given with 2 days notice. General Information: Orders under 750 must be picked up at S. Clyde Weaver's East Petersburg location. Call to arrange the pick up time. Orders over 750, delivery negotiable to one place at one time, within a 15 mile radius. Payment is required at the time of sub pick-up. If your organization is a 501(c)(3), we can extend payment terms to 14 days after product delivery if an "Individual Guaranty" form is completed

2 OPTION #2 - Sub Coupons: We offer a fundraising sub coupon that can be redeemed at any S. Clyde Weaver location that makes subs, which includes: Lancaster's Central Market, Lititz Pike Store, Lebanon Farmers Market, East Petersburg Store, & Lancaster County Farmers Market - Wayne. When your fundraising supporter redeems the sub coupon at our retail location, they will get a made-to-order sub that is superior to our pre-made fundraising subs in many ways. Topping options go beyond just lettuce, onion and tomato sweet pepper strips, pickles and black olives, just to name a few. The roll is a soft, yet crusty Italian-style bread. We also offer many different "spice packs" to accent the sub: Creamy Horseradish, Hot Peppers, Parmesan & Herb, and Sharp & Creamy Mustard. Some other advantages to the coupon option is the fact that you are able to have a fundraiser during the hot summer months. Your supporters are able to get the coupon immediately, yet able to redeem it at their convenience. We will customize the coupon to include your group's name so that your supporters will be reminded of your non-profit organization. Cost: We charge the following administrative fees for coupons: $3.50 each for quantities 300 or more. $3.75 each for quantities 200 to 299. $4.00 each for quantities 100 and 199. Payment is required at the time of coupon pick-up. If your organization is a 501(c)(3), we can extend payment terms to 7 days after coupon delivery if an "Individual Guaranty" form is completed. Your billed administrative fee for the coupons will be based on what you sold, not the quantity that you had available. If you prepaid coupons, a refund will be issued for any unsold returned coupons. General Information: We do sub coupon fundraisers from January 1 to September 30. The last date your group may sell sub coupons is October 31st. The coupons show a "best if used by" date in mid-november to avoid our busy holiday season. One week notice must be given on the number of coupons you initially want available. From the time you receive your coupons, you will have two weeks to sell them, with any unsold coupons returned at the end of that time. You may request additional coupons during the course of your 2 week sale, but the deadline will not change for the end of the sale or for unsold coupons to be returned. Advise those that purchase over 6 coupons that only 6 may be redeemed per visit to allow us to best serve all customers and continue to support community fund raising. Coupons may be picked up at any of our ten retail locations. *Important: S. Clyde Weaver will not be responsible for lost or stolen coupons. You will be responsible for all coupons that you do not return

3 OPTION #3 - NEW Soup Coupons: We offer a fundraising soup coupon that can be redeemed at either of our S. Clyde Weaver store locations Main Street, East Petersburg -OR B Lititz Pike, Lancaster, PA. When your fundraising supporter redeems the soup coupon at our store location, they will get to select a pint of one of our many house-made soups (excludes specialty varieties that retail over $6.80 pint). An advantage to the soup coupon option is the fact that you are able to have a fundraiser any time during the year. Your supporters are able to get the coupon immediately, yet able to redeem it at their convenience. We will customize the coupon to include your group's name so that your supporters will be reminded of your non-profit organization. Cost: We charge the following administrative fees for coupons: $3.00 each for quantities 300 or more. $3.15 each for quantities 200 to 299. $3.30 each for quantities 100 and 199. Your group sets the selling price for the coupons, but we would suggest $5.50 each, or four (4) for $20. Our soups are fresh-made in our kitchen and immediately frozen. Encourage your supporters to "stock their freezer" to make quick and easy meals. General Information: We do soup coupon fundraisers year-round, but encourage you to consider that Fall and Winter has the highest demand for soup. Your coupon purchaser will have over 25 varieties to choose from, including favorites such as: Chicken Corn Noodle, Tomato Cheddar, Ham & Bean, Split Pea, Italian Wedding, Pasta Fagioli, and Thai Pumpkin. Advise the purchaser that specialty soup varieties that retail over $6.80 pint are excluded from this coupon. Coupons may be picked up at any of our ten retail locations, but can only be redeemed at our two store locations. *Important: S. Clyde Weaver will not be responsible for lost or stolen coupons. You will be responsible for all coupons that you do not return

4 OPTION #4 - Cookie Dough - Frozen: We have received so many good comments on our scratched baked cookies that we decided to add cookie dough to our fund raiser options. The cookie dough is fresh-made, formed into cookie drops and then frozen. We offer Chocolate Chip or Snickerdoodle cookie dough. They come in 2.5 pound tubs, with approximately 24 large cookies in each tub. Dough will be received frozen, and should be kept frozen until use. Pricing: Cookie tubs are $ 6.00 each for quantities of 100 or more. Sales between 50 and 99 tubs, add $ 1.00 each. General Information: We do cookie dough fundraisers from January 1 to September 30. Your organization must approve a date with us at least one month before your sale. One week notice must be given on final count. Add on's, up to 5% of original total, can be given with 2 days notice. Payment is required at the time of cookie dough pick-up, unless an "Individual Guaranty" form is completed and accepted. With a guaranty form on file, we can extend payment terms to 14 days after product delivery. Pick Up & Delivery: Orders must be picked up at S. Clyde Weaver's East Petersburg location. Call to arrange the pick up time. We look forward to working with your non-profi t organization and hope to help you reach your goals
