2 Slide 3 Four Ways To Earn Income Arbonne offers a generous compensation plan with four management levels. Everyone starts in the same place as an Arbonne Independent Consultant. There are 4 ways we earn income. We make a commission on every product we personally sell. We make overrides on the products our team sells. At the Vice President level, you can earn the Mercedes Benz Cash Bonus to put towards the company car. And you can earn cash bonuses. Slide 4 A Competitive Compensation Plan On this chart, you can see the 2016 stats of the Average Monthly Incomes in Canada for one income stream - Overrides. The first level is District Manager. The average income is just over $300 a month. Maybe that s a car payment, or some extra spending money, or money you can put towards your savings! At this point, you may still be a team of one, or just starting to develop your team of a few. The level is Area Manager. You can now will your business. On average, you can earn close to $1,600 per month, which is about $20,000 a year. Imagine the things you can do with an extra $20,000 each year! The third level is Regional Vice President.
