7 The scale of DTs and distribution By the end of The total number of DTs had been about 13.5 million, including 2.94 million S11, which occupied 21.8%. The total number of public DTs was about million, including 1 million S11,33.6% of the total. The total number of special DTs was around million, including 194 million S11,18.4% of the total. The total number of amorphous alloy distribution transformers was about 110,000,0.8% of the total. 6

26 The application of higher efficiency DTs of SGCC Application Status In 2012, the purchasing quantity of DTs was over 300,000 units 60,000 amorphous alloy transformers, which accounted for 20%, less than 50% annual plan amount. Agreement s Inventory purchase in 2013, the total number of DTs was 274,800,which including 96,200 amorphous alloy transformers( accounted for 35%). 25

31 Conclusion China's power grid development need to adopt Higher energy efficiency transformers(heet). The government is willing to promote HEET. Power grid using HEET to promote power grid upgrading. HEET will be led into a direction of more energy and material saving, more environmental protection and more intelligence, which will be universal all through the grid. 30
