4 GREASE I DURALUBE SPECIAL with PTFE Duralube Special with PTFE is a high quality, extremely versatile lithium 12 hydroxystearate soap based grease. It is formulated with a severely hydrotreated base oil stock that has a high viscosity index and excellent resistance to oxidation and degradation. Duralube Special with PTFE contains a balanced blend of rust and oxidation inhibitors, extreme pressure additives, polymers and PTFE to enable this product to provide excellent performance in a wide variety of operations and temperatures. It has no significant shortcomings and is probably the closest thing to an all-purpose lubricant on the market today. Both greases work well in all bearing applications whether it s forming, sizing or weld roll bearings. 5 RUST PREVENTATIVES I WeRP 1020 C WeRP 1020 C provides the high performance of conventional solvent/oil based rust preventative without the flash/flame, safety and housekeeping challenges associated with them. WeRP 1020 C is a 20% solids low VOC non-toxic wax emulsion which deposits a thin film matte wax coating when cured. The cured film has very low smoke characteristics and can be used to protect hot parts and is particularly good as an engine transit coating to protect against corrosion during shipment. The product is nearly non-discernible and the matte finish confirms that coating has been applied to the tube surface. It is a nonstaining rust preventative designed to deposit a light film which provides indoor protection on hot rolled, cold rolled and galvanized steel tubing. The CT 5-A will neutralize fingerprints and provides excellent water displacing characteristics while preventing the formation of black stains when tubes are bundled. I CT 5-A MST CT 5-A MST is an oil dispersed, non-staining rust preventative designed to deposit a light oily film which provides indoor protection on hot rolled and cold rolled steel tubing. The CT 5-A MST will neutralize fingerprints and provides water displacing characteristics while preventing the formation of black stains when tubes are stored in bundles. It is to be used in decorative tube applications where surface finish is critical and longer indoor storage protection is needed. 6 COOLANTS I LUBRI-ROLL 4242 Lubri-Roll 4242 is a structural tube mill coolant that is an oil dispersed synthetic developed for tube mills producing furniture grade stock. Lubri-Roll 4242 has an excellent detergency that prevents smut build-up on the surface demarcations, forming rolls and on finished tubes. The manual labor for cleaning of forming rolls is reduced too. Work areas will stay cleaner and so will the tubes because there is no oily residue. This product is stable in hard water and can provide rust protection in high chloride environments. Lubri-Roll 4242 settles fines quickly and will work in all types of filtration systems and all types of filtration. Lubri-Roll 4343 has an excellent detergency that prevents smut build-up on the surface demarcations and a reduction in oily residue on forming rolls and rollers and on the finished tubes. The manual labor for cleaning of forming rolls is reduced too. State-of-the-art technology ensures clean finished stock and improved working conditions.
