14 Pesticides and analytes of interest are first extracted from the sample. The process relies on the combination for organic solvent and various salts to partition the analytes from samples into an organic layer. An aliquot of the organic layer from the extraction step is further cleaned up by dispersive SPE. This step helps selectively remove unwanted interferences such as lipids and pigments. Extracted and cleaned sample is injected into a gas or liquid chromatography system for analysis..8e5.6e5.4e5.e5.e5 1.8e5 1.6e5 1.4e5 1.e5 1.e5 8.e4 6.e4 4.e4.e4 Cleaner Extracts roq kits contain low extractable centrifuge tubes reducing background noise in chromatograms min AOAC 7.1 Method 6. g MgSO4,1.5 g NaOAc General Fats and Waxes Pigmented Higly Pigmented Pigments and Fats Non-Buffered Method 4. g MgSO4, 1. g NaCl 6. g MgSO4, 1.5 g NaCl EN 1566 Method 4. g MgSO4, 1. g NaCl, 1. g SCTD,.5 g SCDS AOAC 7.1 EN ml 8 ml 1 ml 6 ml 15 mg MgSO4 1 mg MgSO4 15 mg MgSO4 9 mg MgSO4 5 mg PSA 4 mg PSA 5 mg PSA 15 mg PSA P/N KS-89 P/N KS-898 P/N KS-8916 P/N KS mg MgSO4 1 mg MgSO4 15 mg MgSO4 9 mg MgSO4 5 mg PSA 4 mg PSA 5 mg PSA 15 mg PSA 5 mg C18E 4 mg C18E 5 mg C18E 15 mg C18E P/N KS-8918 P/N KS-896 P/N KS-8913 P/N KS mg MgSO4 1 mg MgSO4 15 mg MgSO4 9 mg MgSO4 5 mg PSA 4 mg PSA 5 mg PSA 15 mg PSA 5 mg GCB 4 mg GCB.5 mg GCB 15 mg GCB P/N KS-8919 P/N KS-897 P/N KS-8914 P/N KS mg MgSO4 9 mg MgSO4 5 mg PSA 15 mg PSA 7.5 mg GCB 45 mg GCB P/N KS-8915 P/N KS mg MgSO4 1 mg MgSO4 5 mg PSA 4 mg PSA 5 mg GCB 4 mg GCB 5 mg C18E 4 mg C18E P/N KS-8917 P/N KS-895 GC Columns *All roq Extraction kits contain fifty easy-pour salt packets and fifty 5 ml stand-alone centrifuge tubes.
