Please be advised that an OK slip, received from a fax machine, will not be accepted as proof that documents were received by the GPW for printing. If documents are faxed to the GPW it will be the sender s responsibility to phone and confirm that the documents were received in good order. 3 STAATSKOERANT, 21 FEBRUARIE 2014 No GENERAL NOTICE NOTICE 118 OF 2014,,7'.:, 1 to INDEPENDENT COMMUNICATIONS AUTHORITY OF SOUTH AFRICA SUBMISSION OF ANNUAL NUMBER AUDIT INFORMATION BY INDIVIDUAL ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS SERVICES AND INDIVIDUAL ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK SERVICES LICENSEES. 1. The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa ("the Authority") acknowledges all applicable licensees on the submission of their Number Audit information as per General Notice 561 of The licensees listed in Annexure A failed to make their submissions as per the deadline of 28 June These licensees are required to make their submissions to the Authority within fourteen (14) working days of the publication of this notice, failing which they will be referred to the Complaints and Compliance Committee (CCC) for non-compliance. 3. All submissions should be sent to the following address: numberingapplicationsoicasa.org.za.
