1 GOAL 4: Infrastructure: Provide a high-performance infrastructure that takes advantage of innovative technologies that can reduce costs, promote ready access, and improve communication and collaboration between and among all stakeholders. OBJECTIVE 4.1: Provide access to all e-learning technologies through ubiquitous broadband resources available 24/7 for all users. 8 OBJECTIVE 4.5: Maintain an obsolescence protocol for maintenance and updating of computers, network and other technology related equipment and infrastructure.
