1 Reporting Solutions identity produces a number of report formats to meet recruitment and development needs. Our advanced software turns the raw data from the profile into focused information to support your key decisions. Reports can be generated for you via our bureau service, or if you are a trained Test User - you can use the online administration system to produce them yourself. We can also design your own reports, with your branding and the specific criteria that you need. Cost per candidate is 40 + VAT for trained users. Bureau service is 65 + VAT Reports for Selection: Pre-Interview Report Feedback Report On-boarding Report Supports consultants, talent specialists and interview panels during the selection process. Provides personal development advice. For applicants after the selection process or for staff development & coaching. For successful applicants as they start their new role. Highlights strengths and areas for development. Reports for Development: Comprehensive Report Careers Feedback Report Bespoke Report In-depth report covering Leadership Styles, Team Roles, Emotional Intelligence and more. Can also be used for recruitment. For those looking at career change. Provides an insight into your preferences, learning style and which vocations may suit your personality. We can create a tailored, branded report based on your key competences to meet your specific needs.
2 Pre-Interview Selection Report The Pre-interview report distils the personality profile into core competences to support your interview. The emphasis is on your convenience, providing targeted information at your fingertips when you need it. The report provides a summary of the key areas to explore at interview, plus useful, open questions to help you probe more effectively. Each competence is explored, providing a graphical display of how the applicant reports, along with more detailed interpretation of the individual scales eg: Based on the data, the report then suggests a series of questions which can be used or adapted during the interview to explore keys areas of the applicant s personality profile in more detail.
3 Feedback Report It is not only ethical to provide applicants with feedback on any assessments they complete, but a legal requirement under Data Protection legislation. A full profile is provided with a short report option available for providing feedback to applicants, or a more detailed option providing powerful self-insight as part of a coaching process or development event. Narrative interpretation of the profile is also provided:

5 On-boarding New Starter Report Successful on-boarding of new employees will increase business performance, enhance job satisfaction and reduce turnover of staff. Research shows that building a strong relationship with new colleagues in the earliest stages of employment is particularly important to help you retain, and get the best from your people. A graphical interpretation provides an overview of the employee s preferences. Areas of strength and possible development are also discussed.

7 Comprehensive Report The comprehensive report provides the primary 36 scales of the identity model, plus other derived models such as Leadership Style, Team Role, Jung Type (same model as MBTI), Learning Style and Emotional Intelligence. It is useful across all applications, for all levels of recruitment and also for personal insight. Some sample pages are shown below and overleaf:
